NPC

From Silkroad Addiction Wiki

NPC is an abbreviation for non player characters. SilkRoad online has many you meet in the game. Most of them are in the cities but you can meet some in other places of the map

Some basic roles of NPCs are these:

They may give you quests.
They may buy/sell things.
They may teleport you.
They may attack you in job suit

When you have lot of things to sell to an NPC, you can hold the CTRL key and left click on the item(s) in your inventory that you want to sell. By this way, you don't have to confirm every selling action and you waste less time. You can do the same when you buy an item and get a full stack instead of inputting the number.
