Next time inform yourself from trusty sources, like ECSRO's official site and forums, or this forum.
You need an old version of SRO client, the one which had only Chinese characters at cap lvl 70.
The Joymax SRO now has European chars, Fortress Wars, Capture the Flag, 10th degree items and mobs, and so on, you don't need those for ECSRO.
