| It's probably too late to help you out but here's what I would suggest:
Bard 1 - mana tambour (bard with highest level of this skill should cast it - your warriors already have pretty high physical defense, they need all the magical defense they can get)
Bard 2 - dance of valor/fight (boost warriors attack powers)
Bard 3 - dance of magic/wizardry (if your bards are going to attack too), otherwise dance of healing (help your cleric heal better)
Once the dances are up, Bard 2 and Bard 3 cast Guard Tambour and Hit March/Clout March.
Bard 1 should be very careful to keep his tambour up. All the dances are based on it.
